Rented for 1yr. Never late on a payment. Met all lease requirements upon move out. Horrible costumer service (sadly from the owner DK so nothing will change this). Wouldn’t provide legitimate receipts for $400 taken out of security deposit and the property went up for rent the very next day after move out inspection (have picture proof of this) so when we asked for receipts we were ignored. Good people
Unfortunately we did not have a great experience with this company as renters. Our lease ended May 31, 2025. We left the property in rent ready condition (the property was on the website as ready immediately 3 days after we moved out). However, we had $400 of deductions from our security deposit. Our lease stated if we left the property in rent ready condition all efforts would be made to return our full deposit.
