The manager at the Chateau is great. Super responsive, attentive to detail, etc. Shoreline as an organization is horrible. Their receptionist, Tim, is unprofessional and rude. He’s snide and condescending, and makes the entire experience horrible. Their maintenance staff does nothing. My toilet was broken for months before I moved out. The ceiling in my kitchen sustained water damage from the upstairs apartment in 2015, AND NOTHING WAS EVER DONE.
