Jackie has always been very responsive to my calls and emails about various things that have come up over the years. She forwards any requests or issues directly to the Board and gets back to me with an answer very quickly.
Jennifer Weaver has unfailingly attended to my concerns regarding any issues in the HOA. We have lived here for many years and I have been consistently satisfied..I want to add that Jennifer Weaver has the ability to manage potential issues within our HOA which is helpful in descalating issues before they grow.

Gina Poli got back to me promptly with my issue. Thanks Gina! I've lived at Soquel Knolls for over 30 years. A lot has gone wrong in those years with the property and a lot has gone right. Gina Poli has to deal with a lot of personalities and residents and I must say, I've never seen her get mad, frustrated, or even roll her eyes. She listens. Attn Jackie Mc: The Taylor Painting team have done an excellent job. Pedro, the Gen Manager was available and responsive to questions. The painters were always respectful and friendly and helpful. Leaving a touch up kit was unexpected and an excellent gesture to wrap up the job.
