I have been calling for days trying to get into a place and the phone says that there is no way to leave a message i filled my app out over 4 days ago and I havent heard anything back.. this is a big move for me and my daughter and i really just want to know whats going on. Is there a better number to contact? Update: it was a snowstorm and no one could make it in super understandable greatful I found a great place to live thank you jessica!!!
The office ladies are very nice and try really hard. They're the only thing worth keeping. I have nothing nice else to say about these apartments at all. We're constantly menaced by homeless people with weapons even on Christmas day. Sewage backs up semi regularly into the bottom units... and someone got car bombed here. I am actively considering suicide so I don't have to wake up here again
Lived here for over TEN YEARS !! ACTUALLY LIVED HERE TWICE. ONCE, IN 2017, I RETURNED FROM MY HOMETOWN, BUFFALO, NY & CAME RIGHT BACK HERE. One of BEST PLACES I HAVE EVER LIVED! TRYING NOW TO COME BACK. HOPE I WILL BE ALLOWED BACK. I HAD A VERY ACUTE SUDDEN MEDICAL PROBLEM IN MARCH OF THIS YEAR & MY DR. RECOMMENDED I HAD TO MOVE SUDDENLY. My name is Cheryl Schultz, and I've lived at Shoreline Plaza Apartments for 4 years and the experience that I've had with Jessica, Melissa, Raul, Gary and Madeline, have been simply amazing. They are professional. They listen to your complaints and they do everything they can to address your concerns. I've never seen or experienced a managing group that cared a lot about their tenants.
