So far, so good. I’ve lived here half a year now. Management has been very kind, and understanding, and really do care about their tenants. There is a food pantry in the office, and resources available for struggling tenants The place was clean on arrival. And they are very good looking units- the architectural slatted wall was a huge selling point. Management is wonderful, maintenance if the best. Only issue thats out of their control is the power outages at times. Overall a strong 8.5 rating for me
This place is awesome. The office staff and maintenance are amazing. The river is cool too!
The place has its issues, but the local management is really good about getting things straightened out. If corporate gave them more resources this place would be even better.
