Horribly excessive fees - tack on an extra $150 for utilities on top of paying your own power bill - soggy/muddy lawn 24/7, crappy and small appliances, bad paint jobs, homeless camps, thefts, vandalism, windows/doors have massive gaps, wasps in the walls, awful parking lot, loud neighbors 9train tracks and metal shops), constant rent increases with lease to protect tenant. Only pros - the laundry room lady and the manager are both super nice - that's it.
The office staff is excepional very helpful.. I am very happy with them and i have had to ask for help. Jessica and Melissa are the best. They deserve a raise!!!!

Really nice studio apartments with direct river access. The buildings are definitely older, but everything in the unit is nice and pretty new. I love the architectural details in the units, like the cut-outs in the dividing wall between the living and sleeping area. The ladies at the front office, Jess and Melissa, are also really nice and incredibly welcoming. It's closer to a retirement community than a home. Neighbors are in your business. They let dogs run around off leash. My dog was attacked 5 times in 18 months. Management plays favorites, and only hear whom they like on complantes. Very sad I ever rented there. They still owe me serial hundred dollars. The grounds are well maintained, and beautiful.
