I've been here 5 years now and haven't had any issues. I really like the new management!
Headed by a great management team Jess and Melissa attend to everybody’s needs in a timely manner. The maintenance is led up by Raul him and his staff do a fantastic job. Had a couple little problems. They were there immediately for me. Just a great place to live along the river lotta green space a lot of Truckee river frontage lotta nice neighbors. I can’t recommend this place enough. Hell I might just die here.
Went for a tour to get my mom into something small and by the river. The staff was very welcoming and warm. I feel like my mother has found an amazing place to call home
Shout out to the maintenance crew and the office ladies for handling our requests In a professional and timely fashion. The nob on the shower broke and my wife is pregnant and has an episode if she can't bathe. They saved her an anxiety attack and me a headache by repairing it immediately. The ladies in the office have been very kind to my wife and super helpful with our whole journey here. And our baby loves all the grass and space to be a kid. Keep up the good work.
