I ordered a 2000 sq ft home through Shoreline September 07 and it arrived November 7th, 07. From the beginning I had problems with Shoreline and especially with their buttoning up crew, Sunset Associates which did the remainder roof, garage, gutters, vinyl siding, inner sheet rock, staircases, etc. For starters, the modular company knocked out 15 feet of curb when they delivered the units and Shoreline will not take responsibility plus their men buried my driveway put in by the foundation guy.
