May 12th 2026 Update: After 9 months and finding out we had a 23 year old water heater in our unit, we FINALLY got a sink faucet replacement. _______ Original Review: Unfortunately I can’t post a video here, so I’ll just restate that my unit ( 3 bedroom 2 bath ) pays almost $1800 base rent excluding utilities…. We have had our water go out in multiple parts of our unit and this was at the START of our lease. It’s been a pleasure living here, maintenance does an amazing job handling issues swiftly and diligently, especially Hayden!
Unfortunately I can’t post a video here, so I’ll just restate that my unit ( 3 bedroom 2 bath ) pays almost $1800 base rent excluding utilities…. We have had our water go out in multiple parts of our unit and this was at the START of our lease.
