My entire experience from first inquiry to first week of living here has been a surprisingly pleasant experience. Allison Umstead in particular is outstanding in her Asst. Property Mgr position. She is prompt, kind and very knowledgeable. She responds timely and appropriately to both phone and email inquiries. She was very clear in explaining the details of Shoreline living. I recently had an issue with my refrigerator which I also had at another time. The maintainence dept came promptly and checked the issue. A few days later I came home and found a new refrigerator in my kitchen . The old one was gone and they had emptied it out and put the food in the new one. I was so excited and happy . The staff , Mary, Allison, Kyle, Hadden, Nate ,Jeff and others have been so kind and helpful to me. They are respectful and friendly. It has been great living here. Thank you , Shoreline Landing .

Nice apartments, they often do fun resident events. They just charge a lot and will continue to increase every year. Not all the apartments have a garage and they don't include a car port. Maintenance is quick to respond. They did not honor the rent price when we moved in. They stated rent was supposed to be 1600/mo for 3 bedrooms after getting accepted. Before moving in, they increased it to 1800/mo because they had to redo/update the entire apartment after the previous resident. Literally not my fault that they trashed the... read more

Let me begin by expressing my sheer gratitude for the staff at Shoreline Landing Apartments. We moved here 3 weeks ago and I had so many questions and the office staff could not have possibly been more helpful or kind. Allison, Mary, and Josh not only answered every single question I had, but went the extra mile each time to help me in any way they could and to offer additional information that made my life easier and so enjoyable.
