If I could post a negative amount of stars I would. I'm trying to find a pain management doctor for my step mom who is struggling with long-term chronic back pain after multiple back surgeries. The receptionist, Kat M. answered the phone as if my call was an annoyance. She is apparently the only one there while everyone else is at lunch.
