My husband and I visited Shoreline Hyundai in the process of searching for a new car for our family. We worked with Fran who was friendly and incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. Dealership was the best experience I’ve had with car purchasing, will definitely do business. The general manager Ryan was the best.
Went in for an oil change. They somehow broke my oil pan, had to leave it. Got home, oil leaking in my garage, made ME tow car in to be fixed, had day and a half, then said there was nothing wrong and no oil leak. Why lie?!?!!!!!
Tom Waldeck was great in helping me purchase a pre-owned Santa Cruz! He was knowledgeable about the features available in each of the vehicles we test drove and asked questions about what I wanted in the vehicle. He helped me identify the perfect car!
