I have been going to Dr. Kim Keessen for 6 years now. When I first went to see her I was not sure about having hearing aids. She was not pushy at all and explained things very well so I understood what they would do for me. She told me I could have a trial period and if they didn't work I could return them. I decided to purchase them after the trial and during the 6 years she cleaned, adjusted and did minor fixes for me.
