They have always been friendly and helpful
Dr. Kim Keessen is a very good audiologist and also works well with elderly patients. She will work with patients to get them the best matched devices to improve their hearing. Also, follow up visits are built into the prices. Just note: some insurance programs force you into hardware that might not work the best for you. Our last purchase was cash because the insurance only paid for devices that performed poorly for my Mom. Another great experience with Dr. Keesen when fitting me with my hearing aids. She explained the features in great detail, took time to show me how to sync them to my phone and explained what I should expect from them. Once again I was extremely impressed with her professionalism and personable approach.
