Paying 6k a month to have packages lost left and right. 3 lost this week alone. Not the same shipments or anything. 3 different days of shipments all lost. The system of having stuff delivered is leave everything in a room for people to grab and free for all. You think they have boxes and important items brought straight to the unit like every other apartment complex I've lived in. Beyond frustrating....
I just moved into Shoreline Gateway at the beginning of June and I am not disappointed. Jeffery, Rose and Ellie have made mymove-in very easy and have made me feel right at home from the beginning. The cleaning staff and the security team are very nice and professional. There are plenty of concessions so you don't have to go too far to go through your daily routine and the beach is right across the street. Great place to live.
My experience at Shoreline has been incredible! The staff has truly been a gift. Everyone from the front desk, maintenance, and management are kind and professional. The welcoming management team have always so helpful, accommodating and supportive- making this a wonderful place to call home. Plus the amenities and free coffee are a daily perk!!

Moved here from last Oct. it has been nothing short of amazing . The staff is very welcoming . Jeffrey went out of his was to open up the mail room to locate a package for me when he didn’t have to . Everytime I send an email , I receive a response right back . Never a frowned face when I walk through .The maintenance response is very quick as well . I really love this place & the people here .
