We’ve only been at Shoreline Gateway for a week, but we love it so far! Jeffrey helped us find our home while we were still in Sacramento and was great with communication throughout the entire process. When USPS lost our cashier’s check, he even offered to go to the post office on his day off to help us out. Ellie and Rose have also been extremely friendly, helpful, and welcoming making moving in smooth and easy. The maintenance team is amazing as well. Jorge and Manny are top-tier—our work orders have been handled within 24... read more
Shoreline Gateway is an impressive property with a beautiful setting and a welcoming atmosphere. The location is convenient, the building is well maintained, and the overall experience is excellent. A great choice for anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and a high-quality environment. Highly recommended!

The maintenance team always took care of everyone and always checked up on the residents to ensure any work being done was done properly. The residents themselves are very nice and it was always easy to make friends there. The amenities and views are top tier compared to anywhere else. This buil... read more
