WARNING: These apartments only have such a high rating because the old management was pretty good. As of last year, though, they were acquired by new management under a different company, and they are absolutely HORRIBLE! I strongly recommend living literally anywhere else, as these apartments have the highest prices in the area, while now having some of the worst service. 0 stars if that were possible. What we thought were new luxury apartments turned out to be a nightmare. I was the first to live in my unit and loved it. I ended up moving to a new unit within the community, in the same building in 2022. This is when everything went sideways. Living on the third floor in the buildings second winter thaw after a heavy snow we were met with an incredible amount of water damage. UPDATE: after 2 years here, this is what I’ve learned. I’ve lived at Shoreline Flats West since they first opened until now, and unfortunately my experience has been mostly a nightmare. The apartments are definitely pretty, but that’s where the positives end. Snow plowing is a constant issue, and it’s extremely difficult to get ahold of anyone when there’s a problem. If you leave a voicemail, it can take days to get a response. The building cleaning/maintenance of common areas hasn’t happened in the two years I’ve lived here... read more
