The response time by Frank on my beeping smoke alarm was very quick.
The maintenance team (Frank) did a fantastic job in addressing our issue with the apartment washer. He was on time and quickly fixed the problem.
I can’t say enough great things about Shoreline Flats! The staff here is incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help with anything you need. From day one, they’ve made the entire experience smooth and stress free. One of the things I love most is how peaceful and quiet the community is, while still being very kid-friendly. Have had a positive experience with the staff and property. Frank and his maintenance team are great and extremely accommodating. The pool and gym are a plus as well. Haven’t had any major complaints! Would recommend!
