The apartments themselves are nice, the maintenance guys are great and the neighbors are generally quiet and friendly. The rent is high but not excessively so for what are considered luxury apartments. Customer service however is not good. I've left messages a few times that have never been returned. Recently, much of the time, there's no one in the office. They have a deal with AT&T for internet, the most expensive option around. I can't wait to leave this place. New management is an absolute pain and very unprofessional. Mandee in the leasing office will not stop interrupting me while I speak, whether in person or on the phone. She is rude, patronizing, and condescending. I've had a maintenance issue with my sink for more than 2 weeks now, and it's still not resolved. Their lousy online portal doesn't let you set up autopay even if you try 20+ times on your laptop and phone. They expect you to pay on time, but they barely let you! The hallways are a... read more

Avoid Shoreline Flats at all costs. Management is disorganized, dismissive, and borderline negligent. Major issues (broken window, non-working appliances, closet damage), went unresolved for weeks. Our apartment needed new floors and carpet, both of which we were not warned about prior to moving in. We couldn’t even move in fully until two weeks after our lease started and even after promising us compensation, we received absolutely nothing.
