The physical apartments themselves are fine, I guess. They're unbelievably overpriced, but that's nothing unusual these days. The reason I am giving them 1 star, is because the management is an utter headache, and I am sick of it. Every other month, they come up with some kind of ridiculous excuse or "technical issue" to justify why their payment system isn't working, acting like taking our money is some impossible Sisyphean task they can't figure out. We moved in June of 24 and everything was great until they started hitting us with fees and constantly changing platforms for insurance, rent, and utility bills. An extra $57 for paying monthly rent is a fee here! They increased the trash and pest control fees. No problem right? But we have not seen the system for trash change. The property is great. I have been searching for my new home and these apartments are one of the best I have ever seen. While touring I had the opportunity to meet Abigail, she assisted me in the best way possible, and was very knowledgeable in all the questions that I asked. She was also very patient, if you tour I hope you get her as well, because she is the best!
