I have been going to Dr. 5, for years. When I was in for my wellness check the doctor did not have a face mask on. I asked him to put one on or I would leave. He wouldn't wear a mask during the covid-19 pandemic! I left and will never go back again. His staff is wonderful but I will not see a doctor who puts his patients at risk for the virus. He treats all ages and since they are sick they are more likely to catch the virus. Shame on him for not wearing in a mask during this killing virus!
