I had an appointment on Saturday with Samantha Nebiolo. I found her to be very knowledgeable and I appreciated that she took her time to allow me to express concerns and did not rush the visit. I do understand that providers sometimes run late so I waited an hour after my appointment time to be seen but I liked how professional everyone was so it was worth it.
Love it very much this is my clinic and I love the staff n the drs n APRN very nice n clean and welcoming. I have had No problem , the Girls and Jannifer Yaro APRN are so nice had her for years there on point with me always And Eric my Thereapist. Close to home and very on point with the patients . I have been coming to Shoreline Family Healthcare for more than a year now.I have had very good care at every appointment. I also use the pharmacy connected to the office and have had a very good experience with them too. I do not understand why I have to wait so long to be seen when I have an appoint and there are maybe 2 to 3 other people waiting at most.
I was surprised to see so many negative comments about this health care clinic. While my recent experiences with Shoreline Family Health Care were just great. Two service providers I interacted with were just great. Elizabeth Cerezo and Ayesha Bani Singh. They were right to the point, knew exactly what they were doing, very caring, and knowledgeable, they addressed all my questions and concerns, and I was very thankful. They are great!
