I had such excruciating pain and needed a root canal. My dentist referred me to him, due to his tight schedule, and although Dr. Goebel, was scheduled to go home that afternoon, with closing early, he squeezed me in due to it being an emergency. I never had been to him, and it was so nice he could do this for me with squeezing me on short notice, as he did! His staff, to include receptionist, and assistant made me feel at ease as well. I had a root canal procedure done at Dr. Goebel's office. Overall the offices and facilities are very up-to-date and they offer very state-of-the-art services. The procedure was done fairly quickly and without too much discomfort. However, the issues I had with the office were the fact that they did not discuss any of my health insurance coverages or what their office charged at all prior to starting any of the work, something that every other dentist or medical professional I've been to has always done.
