I had to stand up for myself because they wanted to charge me storage fee for 6 days for keeping my car for 3 days from the 8th at 11pm to the 13th at 2pm. The dude comes out and tells me" just pay the bill if you want your car" and I was like , NO WAY, I'll pay the correct amount not whatever price you want me to pay to get my property back. Great service, friendly people and professional work. A tow and body repair will be expensive wherever you go, but here they will save you money and time.
Had our vehicle towed there on a friday,couldnt get a hold of any one for an estimate,left messages no call back ,finally 4 days later a rough estimate on phone from receptionist which was unclear,Wanted to talk to the owner ,he finally called and was going to get us a detailed estimate using used parts,I called back on thursday said he was still trying to figure out .So I was so frustated I wanted to pull the car out of his shop,They wouldnt release until I paid him $833.I said for what? they said for estimate which I never... read more
