Best way to spend my last day in Chicago! What a beautiful city!
Wonderful experience, rude staff that don't get customer service, waited an extra 15 minutes for an employee to saunter back with a piece of pizza from Navy Pier. Pricey for a one way trip, the river & city do all the work!
Why are people permitted to stand in the bow? They were told to move. They were moved twice. The last 20 minutes I couldn't see. I stood in line for 45 minutes so I could get this seat. The crew should be more attentive to this.

We had such a good time on this tour and all of us agreed this was the best part of the trip! Our guide Jim was great! Very friendly and informative! We will definitely do this tour again, it was so much fun and such a wonderful way to spend some time in Chicago!!!

We did the Architectural tour last Sunday @2 and had excellent weather & an awesome guide Rachael! Very informative and great sense of humor. Highly recommend this tour for some insight into the history of Chicago!!
For the past five years I have been booking events with Shoreline Sightseeing for my company and I cannot say enough wonderful things about them! Patti and her crew are professional, fun and a true delight to work with!
We took this tour twice already and we loved it both times. We just got back from Chicago and this time we had Victor as our tour guide. He was very well-informed and entertaining! Will definitely do it again! :)
