I liked it a lot. The staff is very nice and helpful. Victor was very aprochable at the end of the tour. I thought that was very nice of him. I would recommend to take public transportation to Navy Pier and to buy the tickets on site. I also loved that they had a bar on the boat. The Rum Punch is a must try!�

There's something mysterious about cruising down a river as dark descends. Chicago's history is impressive- its buildings magnificent- and our guide told it all with a sprinkling of humor & irony. What an interesting, personable, creative & memorable presentation, WILLIAM! We passed by a group about to jump in kayaks & paddle to weekly fireworks at Navy Pier. Wow! this city knows how to have fun.
This is the second time I took the river tour and I have to say I never heard anything twice. Both times I done the last tour of the evening cause you get to see all the buildings lit up. Our tour guide William was very knowledgeable and entertaining. He didn't even ask for a tip and I think he should mention that in his speech.
