had a fantastic time on the tour, the tour guide was on point and the entire staff was great.
Staff is very helpful. Worked @ Navy Pier as a guest service representative for years & this was my 1st time on a boat. I speak with guests & tell them about the tours & encourage them to go on. On Thursday, I was speaking with manager Devin of Shoreline & she calmed my nerves & assured me I would enjoy myself. My daughter Samantha & I really enjoyed ourselves. The Lake tour was great. My children enjoyed being on the boat listening to the tour guide telling us historical facts about our city. Tickets weren't expensive either w/great friendly staff.
