James Habel lives here on Cape drive and sells Kolonopin from his window for $1 a piece. My friend overdosed and went to rehab and there was James trying sell him pills on the day that he got out. Management does not seem to care. He lives here with his mom Denise Troia who turns a blind eye to everything ge does.
This guy is never there i try called him or her they never answer on the phone who the heck hire that person in the first place? Do not move here! I went there 5 times no one answering the door is that dude sleeping in the office?
