We have been coming here for several years now and the Doctors, Nurses and staff are all great.
This medical office is amazing. The staff is incredibly kind. They always take the time to answer my questions and make me feel cared for.
Difficult to get appointments. Wait time when you get there at least 30 minutes to see the doctor. Dr. Waggoners bedside manner leaves much to be desired and was in fact insulting. Check in staff rude. Appointments felt rushed. Do not recommend.
Great MD, takes an hour to discuss with you Who does that in this day and age? No one but Dr. Ber Receptionists are also great as well as the whole office crew in both East Lyme and Mystic!
My family and I previously went to a different allergist in the county and since have changed to Shoreline. Great environment and staff.
The entire staff is friendly and very helpful. A very caring bunch. I usually use the East Lyme office however I had to use the Mystic office and found the staff to be the same. I thank all of the doctors they have all been very helpful.
