Great apartment for the price! Enigma has peen responsive to my requests thus far at this property. My time in this building and another owned by Enigma has been quite enjoyable.
Thin walls, frequent package theft, high heating bills.
Would rate 0/5 stars. Beware of this place. Outdated plumbing causes them to cut off the water frequently. Packages get stolen on the daily. Good luck finding a laundry machine that works or that doesn’t have laundry sitting there from days ago. They took money from security deposit illegally for cleaning services even though during my walkout inspection the manager stated I would receive my money back. Would never recommend this place to anyone.
Walls are so thin can hear everything going on in other units our neighbor has a kid and it cries throughout the night and can also hear when people use the bathroom or be intimate. The apartments are really small feels cramped. Can’t wait till our lease is up.
