I want to preface that this review is split into the controllable and the uncontrollable. Uncontrollable negative that everyone needs to know: the summer months are loud. Expect little sleep as there are car rally’s, drunken youth (yep, CPD lets them drive away), people dancing on top of cars, loud music, fireworks, etc. This is all happening on the road right in front of the property, not directly on it.
