The girl at the front desk with curly hair and glasses is really rude and was rude my entire stay. Attitude with every single question I asked, when someone tried to open the door past 6pm she was cursing behind the front desk, extremely unprofessional.
I want to preface that this review is split into the controllable and the uncontrollable. Controllable positives: 2026 Edit: would like to shout out Markail King! He changed our washing machine for us. He was super polite, efficient, and we appreciated the work he did for us! I had a wonderful experience during my visit with Mac properties. The representative that I saw was Mary Westbrook . She was kind, knowledgeable, professional and patient. I would recommend her to speak to whomever comes into the office.
I have lived at Shoreland for 12 years and want to share how much I have enjoyed my time here. The front desk, maintenance crew, and office staff have all done amazing work throughout my residency. While no place is perfect, Shoreland is a wonderful place to live. I appreciate everything the team does. P. Strickland
Poor maintainance. Reported the heat issue for more than 5 times, but still not get it fixed. Will not consider living here again.
