Absolutely con artists. Had a stay in July, and went to the front desk to check out. They said everything was fine and when I asked for an invoice, they said that there's no charges so they won't provide an invoice. Didn't think anything of it at the time so went home. A few weeks later, got a charge of $125 for no reason and called the hotel. They said they don't see anything on their side and ask me if I got an invoice for the charges. Ac died really noisy ventilation
Stayed here about two weeks ago, great location and super friendly staff, especially Flor at the front desk. The only downside was that the bathroom had a bit of a musty smell. Also, if you book through a third party there’s an extra fee that doesn’t show up.
