Older hotel and great location in midtown Manhattan, Times Square and shopping off 57th. Pretty small accommodations all around but if you are paying for the location. Note: Got the room from Airbnb and there is a separate “resort” fee for their “gym” and 10% off sister restaurant.

The location is the only good thing. I left my bags after Check out to go explore. 3 hours later, I returned to pick up my bags. I then realized I had left some clothing in the hotel room closet. I quickly went to ask the front desk person if they found that while cleaning. Her answer " there's no housekeeping here,no managers and I don't know where lost & found is" She was not interested in helping me AT ALL even after I told her I was from out of state. . The room was very spacious and clean. They also let us store our luggage for free. It looked slightly sketchy from the outside but it was a good hotel. The main problem was that the corridors and elevators were extremely cramped and tiny. We had to wait 30 minutes to get the elevator because only one was working and they are absolutely tiny. Eventually after a half an hour wait, we had to use the emergency evacuation stairs, whilst holding heavy suitcases. Other than this, the hotel was good.

Really good location. But the rooms are nothing special, they look like they needed a refresh to come up to the standards of the 2020s. The biggest drawback is the doors. They are so thin you hear everything that happens outside of the room. So if you are easily disturbed, avoid this hotel.
