The hotel sells and charges as a 4 star hotel I will give it a 3 stars. the rooms are dated and some very very tiny with an awful bath with a creepy mirrow on an old tub, they moved us to a better bigger room, with a nice remodeled bath. The stuff are all very friendly,except the night guy Isaac. And the location is excellent. It does not have a proper reception area its a front desk and elevators and 2 benches and that is it. Nada del hotel habla de 4 estrellas, por ese precio honestamente esperaba algo muy pero muy distinto. Me he hospedado en hoteles de ese precio con otra categoría de instalaciones y de infraestructura: alfombras parece que no las han cambiado hace 20 años, ni cafetería para desayunar, solo un puestecito con café, pan. Del servicio del personal mucho que desear, salvo el recepcionista de las mañanas.

I've had better stays at Motel 6! The Shoreham seems to only have one person working the front desk at all times. The gentleman was fine, but this leads to long waits to even speak with someone there. We didn't notice this until night time but the heater wasn't working. There was a thermostat there, but it did nothing as we adjusted it. There was a standalone unit in the room that blew cold air so that was useless.
