Great community to live in! Shorebrook management is very responsive and pleasant. Maintenance is also very responsive and available 24 hours and 7 days a week. Fair pricing, great communication, and pleasant staff. I highly recommend this place. It’s close to many stores and restaurants.
The leasing office lady Karrie Gracey assured me that the lease could be terminated early by following the clause, and I put down a deposit per her request. However during signing of the lease, I found out that she made the lease term 11 months, instead of 12 months, and that disqualified me for the early termination, as stated on the lease. They did not want to correct it, nor they would refund the deposit. I was robbed of $100.
I love these townhouses. The neighborhood is nice. Lovely layout of the units. Donette was the leasing agent and she was great!! She even told me about other Singh properties that would fit my lifestyle.
