Unfortunate that an Apartment location like Shoreview Apts Melbourne FL would fall into such Disaray, Disregard and Disrespect for it's tenants. Prime property....Wakie, wakie

Stay away. Far far away. Unless it's very short-term, just don't. So many leaks, black, mold and a gascapo type of management.

I don't know why the last person that posted gave such a negative review. This woman had COVID before she left and God bless she never mentioned anything to her neighbors about smoke! It was her way out of leaving early. She had to put the blame on someone. She left early and tried to pin it on all the neighbors. Before she left she actually stood in front of my apartment with my door opened and talked to me. She had health issues because of COVID not smoke.

I don’t know the review will ever change the way this company does business but I hope it will keep somebody from making the same mistake I did renting at this property. I rented an apartment at Shoreview Apartments satellite Beach Florida, managed by red star LLC in Miami Florida. After six months, I had to terminate my lease due to a threat to my health.
