I paid a deposit for this company to provide cleaning services for my grandmother. We scheduled two appointments in which the company did not show up. I called and spoke with management and they said they were swamped and would return my call…that was in June. I text the line yesterday, that they have been communicating through asking for a return of my deposit. With less than 24 hours Notice they booked me an appointment for the next morning! When the cleaning crew showed up, they were very professional very thorough. I couldn’t have asked for anything better. My mom‘s house looks great, I am very happy with the job they did! I will definitely use them and recommend them in the future!
