Hello, I see lots of reviews all concerning the same issue, lack of response and no return calls. I’ve been waiting for almost a year for someone to get back to me, and have recently called again on the hopes that someone checks the voicemail. I see they respond with the generic response , “sorry to hear about your concern or experience” blah blah blah If you repeatedly say “sorry” for the same issue wouldn’t it make sense that the issue become the focus of action plans to address it?
