But the moment you raise a maintenance issue or any owner-related concern, their turnaround time suddenly drags to 48 hours (if not more). If I could leave negative stars I would. Absolutely the worst condo management company. Don't respond to voice mail or email. Can't get repairs done and when they do "fix" something the work they do shows just how incompetent they are. Stay away!!
Hello, I see lots of reviews all concerning the same issue, lack of response and no return calls. I’ve been waiting for almost a year for someone to get back to me, and have recently called again on the hopes that someone checks the voicemail.
