shore to shore title review If I could give LESS THAN ONE STAR I would do it. What a miserable company to work with. They recommended we pre pay an additional quartrely HOA pament at closing however we received notice of non payment and late fees from our HOA.. it is clearly on HUD closing statement and should be a cut and dry situation. worst company ever! Tom Pauletti the worst. be warned you will have the worst experience trying to buy your home they never reply to an email and wait to possible last min to do any work. they all are a bunch of clowns don't trust them!!!
Never had to deal with someone so unprofessional than these people. Rude, almost never respond to phone calls, look out for their own self interest and their fees. Horrible experience, better find some reputable company instead
I had a very bad experience with Shore to Shore Title. The day before the closing they informed me of a $500 processing fee as the buyer. This was not disclosed until the day before the closing. I purchased another property a few months before in the same area and the fee to me as the purchaser was very minor. If you are the purchaser and the seller is choosing the title company, make sure you have in writing the fee, especially if the title company is Shore to Shore Title.
I had very bad service from this company. The closing charge was unreasonable.They disrespected the custmer, they changed the closing day one day before the agreed the closing day, but nevere infor the buyer. They doulbe charged the buyer's condo association fee. When I contacted them, the closing person ignored it more then two weeks..... If you are not careful review your HUD then they will eat your condo fee. Stay away from this company. L N
