After jumping through all their hoops and spending a significant amount of money on application fees, I was met with constant excuses instead of professionalism. Every time I tried to schedule a viewing, there was a new reason why it couldn’t happen: “We’re unavailable to show the unit,” “We don’t have the keys,” “No one is available at that time.” The excuses never seemed to end. They truly understand the local real estate market and went above and beyond to make the buying/selling process smooth and stress-free. Communication was always clear, and I felt supported every step of the way. I highly recommend Shore To Shore Realty to anyone looking for a dedicated and trustworthy real estate team!
I have no idea why this company gets 4 stars. First of all you can only visit a property after a pretty extensive application process. After paying $100 to “apply” which means to really just visit, the property was not as advertised. Storage had people basically staying there….not part of a rental agreement. Basically flushed $100 down the toilet to a see a property, which did not match advertised photos. Agent was professional and friendly but obviously felt bad to show us what was available.
