Last year my computer crashed. Blue screen of death and would not boot up. I thought for sure all of my photos and documents were gone for good. I called Shore Thing Computers and Rob told me he could take care of it, and he did. Got the computer working again and all of my files were intact. I think he used magic, since I was convinced the PC was a goner! I am very grateful he was able to fix it and save my info. My family had let the issues with our computers slide for quite awhile. My older son uses his for school so when his had problems, he went to Shore Thing. They corrected everything to his specs and he was happy. The price was reasonable. I figured that was a good enough recommendation for me and brought a hard drive that had sustained damage to see if they could recover the data since Sony wouldn't take care of it under warranty. I LOVE THESE GUYS!! I am so tired of having people do work for my husband and I claiming to know what they are doing and then find out it was worse than them knowing nothing!! SO, WHEN I FOUND THESE GUYS, I HAD TO PASS ALONG THEIR PRAISES.
