Eric handled the sale of our home, and the purchase of our condo, in 2015. From the moment we met Eric, we knew he would sell our home that had been on the market for almost 3 years. We went through FOUR other realtors prior to Eric. It was not a pleasant experience. There was nothing wrong with our home, other than the fact it was built in 1954 and didn't have the open layout. Eric . . . Whether you're selling or buying a home I would recommend him hands down! He's not your "regular" real estate agent. He's an excellent communicator, negotiator and extremely knowledgeable about all aspects of selling a house in NJ. I could not have done it without him. It's such a process (not to mention the emotional side of it) and Eric offered great advice, kept me on task and totally in the loop with everything. Eric is not only knowledgeable about the Ocean City and surrounding areas but he is as honest as the day is long. He is a wonderful person and will never push you like many other sales people do. He wants what is best for you. In our opinion there is nobody better to help you buy or sell your home.
