Have used them serveral times over the past 6yrs on multiples properties i own. They are very prompt, professional, extremely knowledgeable of the Ottawa market. Very happy and will continue to use this firm.
AVOID THIS SCAMMER IF YOU CAN. He charged me nearly $800 to appraise a townhome through pictures that I've sent him. He didn't even show up to the house. BEWARE of his dirty tactic, where he asks for an increase in the fee after the initial agreed upon price. Shame on you!!!!
"I have an appointment with this firm to conduct an appraisal on my house on Feb. 7, 2022. I will advise on how far off they are from the other appraisals I have on this property and finalize my review accordingly." They cancelled the appointment over my public domain right to review any service provider. I guess any form of public scrutiny is a problem for them.
