I had a fantastic experience working with Shore Properties and would absolutely give them a five-star review. From the very beginning, their team was professional, knowledgeable, and highly responsive. They took the time to understand exactly what I was looking for and guided me through every step of the process with patience and clarity.
We just signed a lease for a small office space. The property manager, Ross Burch, made the process very pleasant and easy. He took the time to show us multiple available units in separate buildings until we found one that suited our needs. He was flexible and willing to accommodate our budget and timeline. Definitely would work with him again!
Generally kept things in good repair, always responsive to questions or concerns, and weren't fussed the couple of times our rent was a few days late. Their recent move to online rent payments is good too, much more convenient than mailing checks.
I had a positive experience in the house owned by Shore Properties. In my experience they have always been very responsive, helpful and understanding. The system for paying rent is also very convenient, you can pay rent on any device which has an internet access, in less than 5 minutes. No need for a check. I would recommend them.
