PDA dropped Horizon insurance and never notified us. We are now stuck with a very high bill from my son's dental work. Never called nor sent letter to notify. So upsetting. I was going to look for a new dentist anyway as Dr Ally never consulted with me after my sons' appointments, despite their being minors. I would have expected a discussion regarding their treatment plans. In addition, the excessive wait times made for a negative experience.
