I started my pole journey in July and have been going every week since. Katie has been my instructor every Sunday and I really enjoy taking her class. I have seen progress every week and love this pole studio. Keep doing what you are doing Shore Pole Fitness! This is a great experience you won't regret it!

Tonight was my first night there and I'm definitely going back. Im typically really shy in social settings but Katie made me feel so comfortable. We stretched well and went to work with the pole. She was attentive and patient and awesome. I did things I didn't think i could do ^+^ . Side note: if youre planning on going, the more skin the better AND dnt be an idiot like me & use lotion LOL.

I took today a class with Jersey and OMG it was amazing, so much fun! She explained everything very well and it was my first class ever. I felt like a real dancer! Highly recommend this place and Jersey! I’m gonna continue for sure! Very satisfied with my experience!
