If I could give 0 stars, I would. They never see me, cancel appointments on me an hour before and don’t want to reschedule unless it’s virtual, and tried to make it seem like I was lying about my leg when I had a blood clot. Doctor on the phone said “First you said your leg hurt for a few days, and now you’re saying your ankle is swollen. Doesn’t make sense.” Then still refused to see me and I ended up going to urgent care where they found a clot in that same leg. I don’t normally leave reviews for doctor’s offices but I feel this could help make a difference for someone else. I absolutely have to leave a kind review for Dr. Buford. I was so nervous about meeting with a new doctor but she was so pleasant and accommodating. I actually enjoyed my visit here with her, she listens and gets to know you for you individually. She knows how to treat a patient and she gives you informative feedback and is willing to work with you to help you achieve your health goals . I would definitely recom... read more
