Can’t recommend this place enough! Clean, quiet, right next to the river! And Shelby and Brittany in the office are awesome and extremely helpful!
Lived here for 3 years. The neighborhood is nice. While most locations that you would want to go to is not walking distance, its only a few minutes if you're driving. The complex is right next to the levee and a large piece of grass if you want to walk your dog, go for a run, etc. Moreover, the pricing of the floor plans are not bad in my opinion. I have been a resident for over a year at Shore Park Arts. I was impressed with the leasing agents prompt follow up to get things done! They have proven this again. I called the management office on Saturday late afternoon and told them I had a few items that needed immediate attention. One was a clogged toilet... uggh! About an hour later Brittany emailed the toilet had been fixed... I was kind of dreading to come home from work and clean the toilet... needless to say when I got home and cautiously optimistic opened the lid... read more
For the price, there are better options in the Sacramento area with more substantial amenities. I noticed from reading reviews here its mostly new residents whom are often asked to leave reviews shortly after moving in as I was via text or employees who also live here. While I understand the value of Google reviews, it would be more authentic if residents felt free to share their experiences on their own, without any pressure. I lived here for less than a year, and my experience declined significantly in the last three month... read more
These apartments are definitely not "luxury" as advertised. For the price, there are better options in the Sacramento area with more substantial amenities.
