RecommendedWas there for a procedure today and everyone there so professional and courteous. Everyone that I had contact with from front desk thru intake nurses, anesthesiologist, OR room staff and doctor were kind and caring and took time to listen to questions and explain things - do not make you feel like you are just a number. Great group of people - great facility!
Everyone there was very nice.
Prep rooms are not private at all. I experienced this personally. Your conversations are heard, only a curtain divides you and the person next in line. Male or female, no privacy.
Staff and nurses were great! Comfortable atmosphere and they do a great job with everything
Could not have had a better experience today! Courteous professionalism by the entire staff from the moment I checked in. Dr. Scott Schlachter and his entire team made my visit as comfortable and efficient as possible. The RN’s, Nicole who got me prepped and Eileen, who greeted me back post procedure, were amazingly comforting. This is the way healthcare should be done... everywhere!
Supposed to have a procedure today. NEVER got call to say what time to be there. I left THREE messages last night. Nurses get in at 6:30 and at 6:50 I had to call again! Then I'm told they left me a message to call them. I never got that msg, but if they did, why didn't they call me and leave a detailed msg. if I never called them back???!!!! To add insult to injury I find out my procedure (that I have to fast for is at 2!). Needless to say, I canceled it, and will not return to such an unprofessional place!!!!
This place is amazing..Dr Magenelli is the best of the best!!
Everyone there was so nice and accommodating I highly recommend this place if you need surgery
