I wish I could give these professionals 10 stars. I was a patient here in 2023 and had excellent experience. I came back this year with a different issue and my orthopedic surgeon at University of Pennsylvania Othopedics in Philly has been impressed by the high quality of care I receive here. I had an acute muscle strain from working out while I was visiting family so called to book an appt to be evaluated. The front desk woman was so self righteous and power hungry asking overly detailed and personal questions (even when asked why this is necessary simply to book an appt), taking it upon herself to decide for me and the doctor that since I am only in the area occasionally vs. permanently/daily, I do not deserve an appointment. They were really good and so nice too when I had to go to therapy after an auto accident. Would definitely recommend.
Was directed to this phone number while trying to make an appointment for shore ortho. It ended up being an incorrect number but the customer service was rude. The lady who answered cut me off while I was speaking and callously told me it was the wrong number and she can’t help me. Sounded too busy to be bothered and irritated by my honest mistake. If I ever need physical therapy in the future you won’t catch me going here. Very mean phone service.
