Great Experience on Loan Processing I was looking for a loan to purchase a vacation home, and Diane Pitone took care of every detail. She gave me sound advice on a complicated purchase in a different state. When we ran into challenges with the seller??s bank, Diane offered advice on how to get the logjam broken. It all worked, and we closed with a great rate. We just closed, so I haven??t yet experienced the loan servicing. Mortgage Company We used this company for our first home buying experience as well as for our refinance. Since it was our first experience we were not really sure what to expect. I am not sure if they are up to par with other companies, we did not seem to get much information about where they were in the process, what the next step is, etc. My impression was this company is geared more toward people with credit issues, so I do not think we would use them again.
