Although I was not able to move forward with the modular building project, I want to express my appreciation for Erik’s professionalism and support throughout the process. He was professional, friendly, and responsive to all of my questions. I’m grateful for his time and assistance, and would gladly recommend Shore Modular to anyone considering a modular home.
This was a nightmare of an experience this Contractor Eric was very deceitful in what he presented to me and my spouse first in introducing us to the opportunity of getting a modular he implicated the price and at first in introduction the price went from what he told us to over $15,000 Just on the modular, it went from that issues with storage fees that costed $3500 he told us this was from the modular company yet the write up was from his company that he actually charged us for because the project was not suitable for deli... read more
Erik, Built our custom Modular Muncy home in North Wildwood NJ this past year,. We were extremely happy with how he managed and delivered this new home with quality and speed! We Demo'd our old home in Late Nov. of 2019, then working with Shore Modular ( Erik) we ordered a new custom 2000 sq ft home first week of Jan. of 2020( Customized Muncy home - Grand Isle). Erik took care of the new foundation( raised 9 ft , full cinderblock garage) and our new home was set on March 13th 2020 , and we moved in on June 25th of 2020 ! ( ... read more
