We were supposed to do face time with Dr. bec mom wouldn’t go. My dad couldn’t figure it out right away so r the Dr. told him to bring my mom in. My dad said again she won’t go. She said find another Dr.

Our office requires in-person visits for new patients to ensure safe and appropriate care. If video technology is unsuccessful, we are unable to complete a new patient exam over the phone. For patients who cannot come into the office, we recommend visiting physician services that can provide care at home.

I was in a crisis situation today and called Dr.Thopcherla today(Sat). She called back right away and called an Rx. Into my pharmacy right away.I hate bothering her but this is HER POLICY and is the most caring, understanding Dr. In the area. She is way, way over the top as well as her staff, Lisa, Theresa, and NP Kim.Please keep her in mind when searching For a Primary Physician, and this is coming from a retired nurse of 39 yrs. Alot of Drs.( even hospice) do not respond as she does.
Very thorough with all a aspects of practice
Dr. Thopcherla is a very focused doctor to her patients. Listens to your concerns and addresses them as needed. She is thorough when it comes to caring for health issues that come up during the year and sees that you follow up with any and all tests, meds and seeing other physicians as recommended.
I'm a new patient with unique health issues and Dr. Thopcherla was educated on them all! She's caring and compassionate, listens and it's accessible when I've had emergencies. The staff is great and the ease of making appointments is a bonus!
I never give a Doctor a five star, as they most deserve that rating. Dr Thorperla deserves this rating I finally found a internist ,Dr Thoperla ,one of most caring, thorough/detail internist. Her ability to assess your medical conditon,help make a care plan for you. She discusses the testing and doctors you need and the reasons . Extremely disappointed that Dr. Thopcherla is listed in both my insurance directories, yet she’s not accepting new patients? This insurance stuff is ridiculous I worked all my life to now have to pick and choose providers that will or won’t take my insurance? Some countries have free health insurance, do better America.
