Terrible staff. I called regarding an emergency (calling back the doctor) and Dawn hangs up on me. I called back to clear the air— understanding people have things going on and unconsciously project frustration yet that doesn’t make it okay to treat people the way you do ESPECIALLY in the medical field when the vulnerable come to you for help. I went for my quarterly check up April 9th. The staff was very pleasant and efficient. I was taken in to the exam rom quickly. Had a little bit of a wait to see Dr. Patel, but once he entered the room he was very attentive, listened to my comments and questions and didn't leave until all were resolved. I am very happy with my visit and treatment.
Though slower than their Lakewood office, still the same terrible support staff. Pretty standard in human medicine, but not what I’m willing to deal with after seeing the same doctor for 20+ years.

My Mom was a patient at the Arbors 51B before she passed and Dr Patel and Huegel-Capro were her Dr's. Top of the line care and Kathleen Huegel-Capro was one of the most caring people I ever met, loved her..thank you for taking care of my Mom
