They refuse to acknowledge my request to release my medical records. Won’t send records to me or my new doctor. I have called and left voicemails and spoke to numerous people without resolution. Next step is to have my family attorney seek legal action.

What a positive experience! I had back surgery one week ago today and people suggested that you must go to Phila. for that type of surgery. That is such short sighted thinking as Shore Medical Center is state of the art with so many great doctors and staff members. My primary physician strongly suggested Dr. Dellasota for the surgery and he had two locations to choose from. I did NOT want to be in AC and am SO happy I chose Shore Medical Center. It was a wonderful experience EVERY step of the way from a pleasant check in, ca... read more
