Absolutely top notch service from the moment of check in till we walked out the door 24 hours later. The hotel is beautiful, great amenities and some of the best bedding I have enjoyed in a long time. I highly recommend this lovely hotel and I will be back soon! Thank you Lake Shore for providing such an elegant retreat!
