Staff were knowledgeable but a little standoffish. They seemed to want to push me to something I wasn’t after.
These guys may know about flooring supply but costumer service is not their forte. Told me they don't have a material in stock, when I'm looking at it, then claiming they sold it already. No feel welcome at all.

A trusted vendor with fair prices and great service. Have been buying supplies from them for many years. Would be 5 stars if they took payments over the phone.
