Dr. Brandon is extremely knowledgeable and took the time to explain my treatment plan in detail, which made me feel confident from the start. Staff is awesome and make you feel like family! Explained all my charges before hand and put my mind at ease knowing what my insurance would and would not cover before getting any bills. May be the best cleaning I’ve ever had too! 100% recommend
My son had a dental emergency after hours and Shore Lake Dental was the only dentist I could find willing to see him after hours. They had closed for the day but opened up their office after 6:30pm to care for him, and did not rush the procedure at all and did excellent work. I'm very grateful for their kindness and empathy.
Hygienist Kat was once again very thorough in cleaning my teeth. Too, she provided detailed insight regarding my teeth both positively and potential concern wise, as well as professional recommendations regarding a new water flosser. Dr. Brandon checked my teeth following Kat cleaning them. While definitely professional, he can be talkative and just a regular guy, which makes a trip to the dentist all the more pleasant.
