My employee’s car was stolen and because of the virus they have shut down all operations as far as property management and every single phone number is not being answered nor our texts ....this is unacceptable!!!
This is a long, surreal story....Fair warning. This is for Shorehouse/Boathouse Jacksonville Fl Century 21 blv. I put down a deposit and background (250 dep, 150 background) Tuesday. RecommendedI’d recommend them. However I just wish their communication was a tad better. I recently got approved for an apartment with them. They are all friendly people, but they’re so packed with work that they sometimes forget to return calls. I’m hoping to be moved in by next weekend. So let’s cross our fingers !!
Terribly managed and will rip you off. We moved out June 1st, still have yet to receive our deposit back. People in the office are rude and have no idea when or if we'll get our deposit.
