I've paid for work that the insurance company also paid. Been trying to recover my over-payment for months with no success. Also, have had several root canals and crowns done and a few of the crowns fell out within a couple of weeks and had to be re-cemented. Have had and need to have a few of the treated teeth a second root canal and crown and still have discomfort and pain years later. Awful A horrible experience and dental group. Despite arriving on time for your appointment, you will always wait 45 minutes before you are seen. I had some work done for a crown there and twice my temporary fell out. Once after 30 hours and a second time after 6. I was told that it was because my natural tooth was too small! The dentist was entitled and rude.
This Place is a SCAM! This place is a scam! Do NOT go here, I went here with a coupon for an $80 dollar cleaning and exam and xrays, and all I got was a rough half-done cleaning and a staff of mediocre dentist wannabes that had no idea what they were doing. After the alleged "cleaning" my teeth and mouth were bleeding so bad, and hurt so much, and it wasn't even clean! They didn't use any polish and NO whitening at all. Stay Away,run They ignored my questions and my appointment seemed rushed. Their staff was not friendly at all, I didn't feel welcome there. I feel like my appointment was pointless. None of my questions were answered, nothing was accomplished, and I felt worse when I left. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!! I, too, fell for using the coupon. Look, any place that uses a coupon in general just is not reputable. The hygienist made my teeth bleed. Further, the place is a true scam. I had one side of wisdom teeth removed. The Doctor came in and told me I have to get the other side removed.
