Mike was absolutely amazing and extremely friendly! I called and within an hour and a half, he was here ready to fix our heater! Cannot thank you enough for your urgency and willingness to assist! Definitely give Shore Comfort a call next time!!

Shore Comfort is a family business and they run it with pride. Micheal and his team are extremely professional and friendly. They installed a new tankless water heater for us and we couldn’t be happier. The install was quick and they took time to explain the operation, warranty and required maintenance with us. I highly recommend Shore Comfort for household mechanical needs.

We just had our Tankless water heater replaced by Shore Comfort. When we first started having issues, we called them and John came the same day. He was honest, thorough and very pleasant. When we made the decision to replace the unit calling John was a no brainer!
